To effectively process transactions, Nexter needs to share some of the users personal information with the person or company that is receiving or sending the transaction. The users contact information, date of signing up, along with amount of payments and other verification metrics may be provided to the sender or receiver of payment transactions.
Nexter works with vendors to allow them to accept payments related to Nexter. As a result, a vendor may information. Nexter uses this information to confirm with the vendor that the information is accurate and help ensure any transaction is effective for the user,
Any credit card/ debit card information along with bank account number is not disclosed to the sender or receiver unless mandated by a court of law.

Nexter does not share user information with third parties for their own personal marketing purposes. Some information of users may be public information and be seen on the web regardless if the viewer has a Nexter account. Public information may be viewed by, downloaded, or reshared through Nexters API or third party services.
A.) Public Information for Nexter personal profiles includes Nexter username and or profile picture along with name and or date of signing up and or list of transactions.
B.) Public Information for business profiles consist of business accounts and profile pictures and or QR codes and other information that may be connected to the business account.
Additionally, your transactions on Nexter may be seen by a logged in Nexter user. You can may adjust this setting in the privacy section in your account settings.
Nexter May share your personal Information with:
A.)Affiliates and subsidiaries with the understanding that the information is shared for relevant purposes to help the user experience.
B.) Companies that Nexter plans to merge with or be acquired by or in the situation of bankruptcy, a bankruptcy estate. In the event of any of the listed above, we require the outside company to follow Nexters privacy policy.
C.)Law enforcement and or government officials and or other companies that Nexter is legally ordered to give information.

I.) When a user connects their Nexter account to another financial account directly or through an external service provider, Nexter may have access to the user’s account balance and transactions. If any user elects to create an account connection Nexter may receive information from a third party about the user and the user’s use of third-party services.
J.) Information that Nexter shares with a external party in relation to an account connection will be used and disclosed in relation to the external parties privacy practices. Before any user authorizes an account connection, the user should review the external parties privacy policies.
K.) If a user uses IMessage, Siri, RFID technology, or any other external services to send/receive payments in connection with Nexter or any other relevant services, means that you must review and comply with the external parties terms and conditions.

Nexter is continuously aspiring to improve our privacy policy and services for users. As Nexter’s services advance so will the updates for privacy policy.
