Nexter retains the right to end/terminate any service with any user at any time for violation concerning the prohibited uses.

You understand and agree to indemnify, stand up for, defend, hold blameless, Nexter and Nexter’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, contactors, agents, service providers, suppliers, interns, employees, and licensors, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any first, second or third party due to or arising out of a breach of these terms of service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party. Further you agree and understand that you will be fully liable for Nexter’s attorney fees and expenses in the event that you file a lawsuit against Nexter and or Nexter files a lwsuit against you as a current, potential, nonpotential, or former user.
Severability
Irregardless or in the event any of these terms are deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision can and will be enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be considered severed from these terms and conditions. Further, such determination cannot and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
Termination
